The licensed mental health counselor Jeffrey Guterman (twitter handle @JeffreyGuterman), in spite of his oath to provide counseling to help those who are suffering mental illnesses, has been using social media to harass other users of Twitter, namely the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump along with other individuals. This petition asks for Guterman's counseling license to be revoked for his hurtful use of words and stigmatizing the mentally challenged. His comments toward the president include belittling of his mental health symptoms which aren't specified Guterman himself and adding that he is "criminally insane", causing other #resistance followers to demonize others for mental health conditions such as Autism, Asperger's, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, etc. In situations unrelated to mental health. He also commented on his skin color and private parts, and even wished for violence toward him. He also insulted other accounts as "idiots" among other more inappropriate names. He sent rude comment to one individual, "so will he", in reply to another user commenting that a blue collar worker's career "will be extinct in 10 years", which in whole reads a threatening message toward the individual. When replying to One of Donald Trump's tweets, Guterman stated in a tweet that he'd "much rather have him suffer than let him face the death penalty". This is extremely negative toward those suffering from any mental difference, even those who don't realize it. It's because of people like Guterman that frequently make people like myself and many of my peers afraid to seek help for our problems relating to mental health. In spite of my personal belief of free speech and opinions, Guterman has gone beyond those points and expressed anger and hate filled tweets, some of which are violent or contain strong language. We ask that the court please revoke Jeffrey Guterman's mental health counseling license for his wrong choices which he made.
What happens when I sign

I came back to check on my petition for any new signatures. I have to say that I'm pleased to know that I have gained some new supporters, even if they aren't many. This will help spread our message to have Guterman face the consequences for his attacks toward mental health rights. His Tweets continue on here:
