Data has shown that forced self-quarantines endanger lives and restrict freedom. Furthermore KRS39A is unconstitutional according to the KY Constitution ruling over Arbitrary Power. The 1998 law is already bad enough, but it was clearly made to deal with Clear and Present Dangers visible. However, COVID-19 has not shown itself to be more dangerous than a typical H1N1 or H2N3 flu season. In fact, the % chances of infection and death in the US has actually increased in the 2 weeks of unconstitutional forced shutdown.
Furthermore, the Great Depression took 4 years to decrease the GDP by 25%, but Democrat led forced shutdown, ala Martial Law, has created a chance of a 50% GDP decrease in a single quarter. Thousands of business owners are being forced to take welfare just to survive. Waves of suicide, depression, homelessness, and violence may be coming and the most likely politically charged response to the Event201 planned shutdown will do little good for the country, the state, the People, freedom, and will certainly put the US dollar at risk to IMF (globalist) takeover. Therefore, the Governor, should be aware that he can be taken to the Kentucky and US Supreme Court, and afterward can have massive political and personal economic repercussions. We, the conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians, and Independents of Kentucky are demanding that the Governor remove the unconstitutional Executive Order (which should have only been directed at the Executive Branch), and deny its overreach and desire to enact warrant-less arrests. If he fails to do so then the list also demands that he resign the office, in disgrace, for the wanton violation of the Commonwealth of Kentucky Constitution, and its ratification of the Bill of Rights in 1871, and the untoward actions of a de-facto Monarch. The Governor position is a civil servant and does not have Arbitrary Power to make monarchical proclamations and "mandates." The authorization of warrant-less arrests and shutting down of public-owned spaces is an egregious overstep, which data shows has only increased the US death rate per infection from 1.12% to 2.25% (as of 4/4/20)
