Superintendent Jack Smith : Keep Criminals Out of Montgomery County Public Schools
Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) allows illegal immigrants to enroll – no
questions asked. MCPS does not check to see if new enrollees have criminal records.
A 14 year old girl at Rockville High School was forced into
a school restroom stall and raped by two illegal immigrants, ages 17 and 18.
The attackers were also “freshmen” under the MCPS policy.
To Superintendent Jack Smith:
The very least a school can do is keep its students safe. Because you prioritized political correctness above student safety, a young woman was brutally raped by two people who shouldn’t be in the country – let alone in freshman classes, surrounded by vulnerable young teens.
It is too late to stop this trauma from harming a young woman and terrifying a the Rockville High School community. It is only time to make sure that something like this never happens again. Instate a new policy that screens new students for criminal history.
